" I was a professional dog trainer for seven years specializing in dog behavioral problems. I also competed with my Irish Terrier in agility. She did surprisingly well and we became best friends. I always thought that we communicated very well with each other.

Four years ago I moved to Kauai. I noticed that my dog, Jessie, was depressed and she eventually developed chronic stomach problems. I called upon Dierdre’s services and she told me that Jessie missed competing in agility and being in the limelight. As there are no agility trials on Kauai, I was at odds as to how I could recreate something similar but could come up with nothing.

Recently, Dierdre came to visit me and spend a great deal of time communicating with Jessie while she was here. I found that, through Jessie, Dierdre was able to discover that Jessie's chronic stomach problems were a reflection of me not being centered. I also started taking Jessie to the beach for long runs on the weekend, as well as, having several daily playtimes with her, which took the place of competing in agility.
